in Crete

• ​
  One of the in situ conservation activities in Crete by the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania (MAICh) is the creation of a Plant Micro-Reserve (PMR) for Horstrissea dolinicola at the location "Petradolakia" of the Municipality of Anogeia. H. dolinicola is an Extremely Narrow Endemic plant with only 1 population in Psiloritis (Idi) in Central Crete. This PMR is the 8th in the Network of PMRs of Crete which was established with the LIFE project ‘CRETAPLANT’ (2004-2007).
  A leaflet was prepared in Greek for the communication of this activity.
