On August 10th, on the occasion of the "Fridays of the Cuscionu", a day dedicated to the knowledge of the flora was animated by the National Botanical Conservatory of Corsica. This day was an opportunity to present the CARE-MEDIFLORA project and more particularly an introduction action of Ranunculus sylviae, strictly endemic to the Cuscionu plateau (municipality of Serra-di-Scopamene). A point was made on the first very positive results of the operation. This was an opportunity to highlight the work of the manager (community of municipalities of the Alta Rocca / Natural Park of Corsica), which carries out, every 15 days, the monitoring of the operation: description of the plants (measurements, phenology), photographic tracking, impact observation.

This day, open to the general public, brought together: elected representatives, managers, mountain socio-professionals and state services.

Following the discussions initiated, it was decided to continue the action after the end of the CARE-MEDIFLORA project and to schedule a new introductory operation (complementary to the first one) in the spring of 2019.
